Timequest receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, American Express and PayPall.
All amounts are in DKK Danish kroner and is incl. VAT for private bookings and excl. VAT for business bookings.
Timequest uses an authorized payment server that encrypts all of your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that no one can read your information.
Private: Duing the booking there must be paid for 1 person in reservation. The remaining amount can be paid together with the booking itself or in Timequest’s premises on the day of the event.
Company: Can pay the full amount in Timequest’s premises on the day of the event, or you choose to receive an invoice after the event.
Private: primarily online.
Business: write or call.
Confirmations of booking
A booking is confirmed when the customer receives a booking confirmation by mail.
Cancellation and change of booking
Private groups pay a non refundable fee in deposit of 1 person when booking – the deposit is mandatory and non refundable. You arrive on the timeslot given. If your plans have changed, please, let us know as soon as possible. The reservation can be rescheduled with a 3 days notice or canceled with a 7 days notice. The reservation can only be rescheduled once and can not be canceled after it was rescheduled. Same day reservations can not be canceled or rescheduled. We offer 50% refund on cancellations or changes in number of players made 3-7 days before the event. No partial refunds for players that didn’t show up unless notified within 3 days. Please pay attention: no rescheduling options are given for groups that show up late or fail to show up. Since your ticket reserves the room for one hour, in case you show up late, your game time can be decreased. If the rest of your group arrives on time, they will be allowed to start without you.

The following explains how we use the personal information that you leave and/or provide when you visit our website, as well as when using the various services on our website.

2. Collection of personal data
Collection of your personal information is in one or more of the following cases:
- When you sign up for the Timequest’s newsletter
- When booking one or more escape rooms
- Use the contact form or LiveChat on our website
Even though you use your email address in more than one of the above, your information will only be collected and registered in one place. Thus your information can be reused when you shop with us, and you will also avoid receiving the same marketing material from Timequest more than once.
You will always be informed when collecting personal information about you, unless Timequest receives the information directly from your employer.
For example, the personal information we collect may include your name, your email address, your phone number, and similar identification information, as well as information about your navigation on the site.
If you provide the information, it will always be stated in the delivery of the information whether the release is voluntary or necessary for the completion of the requested action.
If your employer provides information about you, you can at any time request insight into what information is registered about you.
3. Use of personal data
Personal data is collected and used for the following purposes:
- Subscribe to newsletter
- Administration of user account / profile
- Submission of other promotional material, including invitations
- Collection and evaluation of user reviews
- Other marketing initiatives
- Completion of Timequest’s services
Timequest only processes your personal information if there is legal basis for this.
Employees employed by participating companies are automatically created to receive news from Timequest if the employee’s contact information is indicated on the enrollment form and will be kept informed about relevant news, new initiatives, etc.
Other recipients of the newsletter will receive this based on the consent given at the time of registration.
Newsletters can be unsubscribed at any time in the received mail.
Timequest records statistics on which areas of the site our users visit. These data do not contain personal information. With the help of the collected data, knowledge of users’ use of the website is gained. This information is used to improve the site.
However, we use data on all our users’ navigation to understand how our users as a whole group use www.timequest.nu, and try to make the webpage better. We can not see where you come from or browse the Internet when you leave our site. We do not sell or otherwise disclose information about our users’ use and navigation on our website. And we do not sell or disclose your information to third parties.
4. Transmission to other data controllers
Your personal information is not disclosed to a third party without your permission. However, under certain circumstances or under the law, it may be necessary to pass on information to, for example, public authorities or police and the Danish Employers’ Association.
5. Transfer to Data Processors
Your personal information is left to Timequest’s partners who provide services on Timequest’s behalf, such as mailing of newsletters. These collaborators only process the personal information on Timequest’s behalf and in accordance with Timequest’s instructions.
In the case of restructuring or full or partial sale of the company, any disclosure in such connection will be in accordance with the current laws governing the processing of personal data.
6. Deletion of personal information
We will delete your personal information when we no longer need to process them for the fulfillment of one or more of the purposes set out in 3. section.
However, the information may be processed and stored in anonymous form.
We have implemented security measures to ensure that our internal procedures comply with our high security policy standards. We therefore strive to protect the quality and integrity of your personal information as best as possible.
9. Your rights
You are entitled at any time to gain insight into the information we treat about you, however, with certain statutory exceptions. You also have the right to object to the collection and against the further processing of your personal information, including against profiling / automatic decisions. You also have the right to correct, delete or block your personal information in accordance with the rules. You also have the right to receive information about yourself that you have given us.
10. Withdrawal of consent
You may revoke any consents you may have given at any time. We will then delete your information unless we can continue processing on another basis.
